Not if they were switching off and on, as I suggested in my second alternative.

That's why I'm asking. I appreciate all your help. I'm really confused. As much as I am just disgusted and angry with my wife (I'm sorry I cannot help it), I do want what is best for my kids. I really do. I'm not a every other weekend dad type. I am constantly involved in their lives. Every day!! I do want reconciliation if possible and I know that any action I take in court against her diminishes that chance. I am scared of that as well to be honest. I'm just really stuck here I feel. Thank you.
