Emancipation in Ohio

ok, i have a wuestion, i am 15 years old and i live in a terrable enviorment...my mom has not had a job in 7 years and the only thing we rely on is for my dad to sent child support every month. My mom lets me do whatever i want because pretty much she doesnt care...i know i cant get emancipated, but is there something that i can do...i pretty much live with my boyfriend, but the thing is, is that he lives in a different school district, so it is impossible for me to get to school half of the time, we rely on my g-ma to buy us food and half of the time she wont eaven let us eat it. It is impossible for me to bring in more money to the house because i cant get a job, i cant get a job because i cant get my licence, i cant get my licence because my mom is worthless and doesnt eaven have hers and she keeps making excueses on not getting it, i eaven offered to pay!!!

Child protective services would likely view this as a case of neglect, were you to involve them.

If you're missing school half of the time, it seems like it will only be a matter of time before truancy proceedings are initiated.
