You're not worth this reply, but it's okay I'll let you feel important for a bit, I took care of the citation. I must be a real jerk, so much so that my wonderful neighbor who is actually of authority unlike you took care of the citation. ;) She must hate me and think I'm awful. I'm sorry you tried so hard to make me feel bad but didn't succeed. And oh, just so you feel even better about yourself, I'm a 19 year old girl not a "He" as you would like to think because you thought you were having some real macho duel here, and you, you're probably in your 40s-50s facing a mid life crisis because you're real bitter so much so that you like to bully children on the Internet.

I'm not embarrassed by my posts, I simply have a life and do not need to be notified everytime some "chump" responds to my post. I usually don't even waste my breath to acknowledge bullies. Sigh. 2 minutes I will never get back.

And yes I got away with it because this is my good karma, unlike you I like to help others.

Now, good bye. Sorry that you will have to find your source of entertainment on another post.

Bonne chance avec votre vie triste et revoir ;)

Awwwwwe. Don't you all remember when you were so young and naive. For most of the members here I think it occurred when we were teens.

Okay, let me clue you in on something. They do expect everyone to immediately jam on and engage their ABS or skid to a speed decrease of 25mph. They expect the driver to be mature and responsible enough to start slowing in the 50 mph zone, before passing the 25 mph sign. :wallbang:

I'd sure like to know who you know at the courts that would fix a ticket, because see... that's against the law and would land both of you in jail. Once a ticket gets to the courthouse the ONLY person that can make it go away is someone at the courthouse.

I guess you don't know what taking care of something means. :) It can be done legally and with good advice. Not by breaking laws. Lets just say it'll be my secret ;) and I would've passed on my advice but you guys apparently are class A traffic experts.

God I swear you all have nothing better to do. Just because I put my age, which can also be a lie because you know how everything posted on the Internet is true? You guys think it's okay to bash me because I'm young, supposedly. I might be 40 and bitter also.

Later cause I'm rad and young and not wrinkly. This is how I should talk like a cool teen. Yeah.

And???? That is your obligation... Were you under the impression that you can ignore it?

I must be a real jerk,

I wouldn't say a jerk... An idiot? Sure you proved that early on... A big mouth acting tough and un-bothered.... It does not matter if you are a girl or a boy. At 19 years old, you are an adult and yet here you are acting as foolish as a 9 year old. Pretty immature. Worse yet, pretty sad!!!

And apparently, you're not done making a fool and an idiot out of yourself:

... so much so that my wonderful neighbor who is actually of authority unlike you took care of the citation.

If by "took care of the citation" you mean she paid it on your behalf, then I'd agree she is a great neighbor... Still, don't forget, you should take traffic school otherwise your "perfect" record will be tarnished! But I wouldn't buy that story if I heard it from her... On the other hand, if by "took care of it", you mean "somehow made it go away", then you are an even bigger idiot for suggesting that anyone "of authority" would risk not only whatever career it is that grants them such authority, but would also risk a criminal charge getting filed against them for corruption... You ought to be ashamed of yourself!

    Examples:

    http://bcove.me/lkb9j4zg

But that was only a deputy D.A.... Small chunk of change in the course of a day in any courtroom... How about a judge, fixing tickets? What do you think happened to him?

Panel removes Orange County judge for fixing traffic tickets of family, friends

Here is what a recent L.A. Times article said about the topic:

But dismissing tickets purely as a favor to a friend, crony or high-ranking official is nothing but corruption. Not only does it cheat municipalities out of legitimate revenue and allow people who broke the rules — often safety rules — to go unpunished, but it means that the law is applied unequally. The state commission that removed the Orange County judge said that his misconduct created "both the appearance and reality of a two-track system of justice — one for his family and friends and another for all others." And that's really hard to fix.

I'm sure your neighbor, who is an authority, and who thinks really highly of you, appreciates you branding her as a corrupt official and an alleged criminal... This really should be the lowest that, even you, a pathetic loser, can stoop... Although I never thought you would stoop this low so who knows, maybe you'll surprise me, again!

    Edited to Add:

In one post you say "its been taken care of" and in the next, you come back still trying to make sense of your mistakes... How pathetic!

The fact that you are going to school trying to better yourself does not grant you a free pass on having to comply with the speed limits that apply to everyone... Neither does the fact that you drive a natural gas vehicle or that you are in the bay area.

As for you bad short term memory and not remembering your speed, were you lying then when you said you went through at 30 - 35 mph or are you lying now saying you don't remember? Either way, not to worry, that is one reason why the officer wrote it on the citation.

Think about this question as you sit there and sulk in your misery... If my opinion means so little to you (and I quote: "You're not worth this reply"), why are you making such an issue of what I post? Where do you get off thinking you are qualified to judge me? (Before you came back with the same question, I can judge you because you came here asking for an opinion about what you posted... You opened the door for others -anyone, really- to judge you by your statements) Why are my posts bothering you so much! Then again, your statement about despising the officer who cited you speaks volumes about you!

And lastly, if you had any self respect, you would not be comparing yourself to other kids who are driving wrecklessly drugged up on some E or alcohol or weed... You would choose a better standard to set your sights upon... Enough said!

I am going to be the mature adult I am and tell you, That Guy, that you win.

Since you are so curious, someone of authority means any type of authority; ie a lawyer. Lawyers know what to say cause you know they went to school for it. I simply did what she told me to do because she has the authority as a lawyer to know what shes talking about. And since she knows what she is talking about and deals with the law, I know I will be just fine. :)

So quick to judge eh? We all wish we had someone to give us free passes but it doesn't work that way in life. If the law gets broken for one person, it should be the same for everyone. I know enough to know that.

C'mon Junior, don't let them run you off the board like that.

To clarify...i use those words figuratively not literally. No one is actually running you off but if you pick up your toys and storm off the end result is the same. Remember..words are your weapon.
