Committing Multiple New Crimes While on Probation
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Virginia and Georgia

Now this is a curiously confusing question. First off, I am on probation in Chesapeake, VA for Statutory Burglary and Damage to Property >$1000. 5 and 2 years respectively. I violated once to a pet-it larceny and got 6 mos back. Now I transferred from VA to Georgia through probation. it got accepted. Before I moved I had gotten a Driving on Suspended. My PO told me that when I transfer, that it won't violate me. And it hasn't. My curious question is that, I had gotten a bogus Pet-it Larceny I can't beat in VA before I transferred. Now that i am in GA, My question is, can my current district violate me? Or, does the same rule for the DOS apply here to? Thank you for reading.

A violation is a violation. If you committed an offense at any time after you were sentenced, you violated probation. If you are violated, then the receiving state can request to close interest. If they request to close interest, it could lead to you being sent back the the original state. Also, just because the original plan was not to violate for the suspended, it could still be included as part of the violation. They way I would do it was not to violate for the offense unless you committed another after that. Since I have to violate the case, I am now obligated to mention your suspended too.
