My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
If a non-custodial parent refuses to provide address of residency and has an active warrant for their arrest, does the custodial parent have to allow visitation?
Does the current order speak to the issue of the parent's address?
If you believe the warrant and unknown address warrant suspending visitation, but there's nothing in the order permitting you to suspend visitation, bring a motion before the custody court.
The order does state that both parties are to keep the other party informed of address, phone numbers and email addresses.
And?
