Indiana Emancipation and Child Support

I have 2 step children. They are 19 years old and 23 years old. The 19 year old quit school last year and the 23 year old is a senior in college. Are they of age to emancipate them? If so what are the legal procedures? The 19year old lives at home still as far as we know. The 23 year old does not live at home. please help. We are giving the ex wife $600.00 a month.
