The answer to your question is no. You do not get to pick which parent to live with until you are 18.
The day of your 18th birthday, you can walk out the door and go anywhere you want. Until that time, you live where your mother says you live.
When ignoring the forum rule against double-posting, you tagged your post in the education forum to indicate that you are a special needs student. If you do have special needs, depending on what they are, that could affect your ability to move out at the age of 18
