    Putting on Makeup While Driving
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arkansas

I know a woman who will sometimes put on make up while driving. She rationalizes this by saying that she only does this while driving slow. Is this considered reckless driving or endangerment (her child is sometimes in the car while she does this)?

    Disagreeable
    Re: Distracted Driving
If she has an accident or breaks operational traffic laws while doing so, it could potentially be cited as such. That said, there are many laws it could fall under. A few are reckless, careless, inattentive or a multitude of situation specific laws such as lane violations etc. It seems Arkansas has a law for many action verbs.
