Placement With Grandparents Denied by CYS

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Pa


Cys just took custody from my daughter. My grandson is in foster care.

I had a case with cys 18 years ago where cys lied and took my kids. I had visitation all there lives.
In 07 a friend molested my daughter when i found out i had him arrested.
My daughter was mad i had him arrested and told cys i knew the whole time.

When i went to try to get kinship i was denied. Because of these to things

I have had custody of my 14 year old son threw the 07.plus never had a case involving my son.
How long is cys allowed to punish you for somthing you didnt do.

People change.
Is there away of getting my grandson.

If CYS are saying no, that's really all there is to it.

While they didn't take your 14 year old, they can absolutely ensure you don't have custody of anyone else's child.
