Teenager Ticketed for Speeding, 62 in a 35
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Ohio. Hello, I recieved a traffic violation of doing 62 in a 35 I was only cited with speeding, not reckless op.I honestly have a good reason, but I understand that the court will not care. I have had my license for longer than a year and this is my forst traffic offense. What should I expect come my court date? Personal experiences would help the most.. Thank you.

There's a lot that can happen. A fine is guaranteed. You may have to attend traffic school, you may lose your license for a while.

Since you are posting this in Juvenile Law....you need to take a parent to court with you.
