My question involves a child custody case from the State of: 2 states texas and Maryland
Its more a question about a father giving up parental rights no choice mother choose not to let children sre father even when we lived in state now she is making life miserable for his other children who choose to be with him please any help would be nice
If dad is being denied access to his children, his remedy is to seek enforcement of his custody order through the court.
I am not sure how his ex- could make "life miserable for his other children" given that she's supposedly not allowing visitation and she's not a member of their household.
No, dad can't walk away from his duties as a parent just because he had children with a difficult ex.
