There is no statutory provision for emancipation in the state of Missouri.
Really, kiddo, this is not the way to go about things. (Yes, it's obvious that you're the child in question, not the parent, because parents asking about reporting their kids as runaways always look for ways to bring the little hooligan home in the most expedient way possible. They never ask about emancipation.)
Here are your options: If you are being abused, you call CPS and also report the abuse to a person in authority, like your physician or teacher or school counselor. They are required by law to report. If you are not being abused, you take your little butt home, apologize profusely for being a recalcitrant little snot bucket, and straighten up and fly right.
In either case, you need to go home, or the people you are staying with can also be brought up on criminal charges - harboring a runaway, contributing to the delinquency of a minor - and only a selfish ass would think that was OK.
