Going Back to Original Decree After 8 Years

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Kansas

The original child custody decree gave me visitations a couple hours during the week and every other weekend. My ex and I never followed this and for the past 8 years I have had them half the time (She has them on Mondays and Wednesdays and every other weekend and I have them on Tuesday and Thursdays and every other weekend - all over night stays). Now ex is angry and wants to go back to original decree. What can I do to keep things the way they are?
