Wrongful Arrest Due to Court Error
My question involves civil rights in the State of: Georgia

Here is a little background, I would like to know exactly what I can do to clear my name and possibly sue the courts for damages, if any are deemed.

Civil Rights Violation Case - Winder, GA
On September 22nd 2012, I was pulled over for failure to maintain lane by the City of Winder, in Barrow County. On October 26th, 2012 I presented the judge with a defensive driving certificate during the pre-trial, and they made a copy of it. The judge was impressed that I took a defensive driving course and waived the fine of $144. I figured there was nothing further needed from me and asked the judge if there was anything else required from me and she said no, so I left the court room without paying the fine and they had a copy of my defensive driving certificate.
On May 5,2013 my friend was pulled over while driving my vehicle. There was a warrant out for my arrest and for failure to appear. I was arrested in Gwinnett County and transported to Barrow County. I bonded out for $344 ($144 for the citation and $200 for the bond). On Monday May 6, 2013 I contacted the court clerk in Winder and explained the situation. She refunded my bond and sent me all of the files for my case from the plea date.
I am looking for a lawyer that can represent me in this case to clear my record and to collect damages for having been falsely arrested.
Towards the bottom of the citation you will see the judge wrote in the line next to “Sentence”: $144 Susp. June her name is June Davis as seen in the bottom of the citation. On the City of Winder Recommendation form you will see Fine $144, out beside that is written “Will Pay Today”. - Which contradicts what the judge wrote.

    Any help is greatly appreciated,
I only have a short window of opportunity to file for a case.

    You cannot sue the court.

Even if you could, I'm not seeing any real damages here.

    Disagreeable
    Re: Wrongful Arrest
Apparently the judge was not as impressed as you thought. Since traffic courts do not keep official stenographic records, guess what record they will rely on, which tanks your case?
