What to Do After an I-485 Rejection Notice
I submit I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 together for my spouse. I received all package returns. The reasons list on the I-797C for I-485 are:
You must sign your application in the signature block if you are 14 years of age or older. Your parent or guardian may sign their name in the signature block if you are younger than 14. Your signature or a parent's or guardian's signature in the "Signature of person preparing form, if other than above" block is not a valid signature for this purpose. Please sign and send the application with the correct fees to the address listed on the bottom of this page.
The application/petition you sent us is missing some pages. You can download a complete form from our website, or you can call 1-800-870-3676 and we will mail one to you. Please send all the pages of your completed application and fee payment to the address listed on the bottom of this page.
But I checked I-485. On the part 5, there was my spouse's signature. I don't understand any other signature needed.
And the I-485 total has 6 pages. I had the total 6 pages. I can't understand missing some pages.
Could you anyone here help me?
And I checked all the forms I-130, I-864, I-131, and I-765. All had signatures.
I also sent a email to lockboxsupport@dhs.gov. But I don't know whether they response to me.
Please help!!!

OP, you need to call the service center where you first applied and ask them EXACTLY what is missing and what you need to do.
(We don't have your file in front of us - and it wouldn't be fair for us to just guess randomly)

I did call to the service center. But it's nothing help. They told us to visit local USCIS office.
Is there any chance USCIS office made mistake and gave us wrong information?
Really expect anyone help me.

It's possible that they made a mistake, but you're really not going to know for sure until you speak with someone.
