How Should an Aircraft Speeding Ticket Describe Means of Speed Measurement
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington
I received a speeding ticket on WA410 two weeks ago, the officer told me I was clocked by an aircraft. however he did not mark aircraft on the citation, its marked SMD. is this correct? or was it because the aircraft was using LIDAR? If it is LIDAR, how is the laser reflected accurately from that altitude? especially since my car was covered by a plastic box?
any opinions here? or links to the law dictating how this should be marked on the citation?
Re: Wa State Speeding Ticket Via A/C
The first thing you need to do is file for discovery. Any potential case you have can be developed from there.
