Minor Facing First Marijuana Possession Charge
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin

Okay, i live in Green Bay Wisconsin and i got a ticket in school for having marijuana in my backpack. I didn't have much on me maybe 2 grams or less. I realized how bad of a choice it was to bring it to school and how poorly of a decision it is to smoke. I plan to not smoke ever again now. I'm really nervous about what my sentence in court will be. I never been to court and i have a 100% clean record. I'm 14 years old and was wondering if this will go on my record forever? will it go away ever or no?

I plan on pleading guilty because i straight up told them where it was in my backpack, i did cooperate and answer all their questions truthfully.
Hopefully someone can help me and respond to this as soon as i can, I've been really stressing out about this.

You can read here about access to juvenile court records.

Your juvenile court disposition is going to depend upon your home, school, community and prior legal record, along with the court's impression of whether you are likely to stay out of trouble. Your sentence could vary enormously based upon the judge's impression of you, the facts of the case, and the amount of intervention the court deems necessary to keep you out of trouble. You and your parents should discuss your situation with a juvenile court defense attorney in your county.
