Minor in Possession of Alcohol Ticket
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: IL
I recently got a MIP ticket. A lot of people i have talked to whose has gotten similar tickets did not lose their license. Will I lose my license? this is my first offense. Nothing else is on my record. Also, will future employers be able to see this on my record if i get supervision and successfully complete it?

You could face a driver's license suspension. Whether or not that will happen is not something we can accurately predict for you.

MIP, possession of alcohol by a person under 21, would normally be charged as a Class A misdemeanor. If this is a criminal charge in adult court then, yes, this could be something future employers see in criminal background checks.
