When Your Lease Ends Can You Stay Month-to-Month
My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: MO

I am a tenant in the state of MO and my lease is about to expire. There is no language in the lease to imply what happens at the end of the lease. Do I have any other options for month to month, other than signing a new lease or extension. It does indicate 30 days notice is required before moving out so I will plan for that, however if the landlord does not request a new lease can I stay an extra month or longer if necessary ?

Re: End of a Lease, Month to Month or New Lease
You need to ask your landlord. If they're seeking other tenants, you may find yourself on the wrong end of an eviction action if they have another tenant ready to move in and you have failed to move out.
