Neighbor's Driveway in Public Utility Easement Resulting in Work on My Property
My question involves an easement in the state of: Texas

My subdivision is platted to include, on every lot, a 10' Public Utility Easement on side and rear boundaries, 20' in the front. Property owners are allowed to place concrete, sheds, etc. within this easement at our own risk. My neighbor has a concrete driveway built directly next to our shared property line, over his 10' PUE. The cable company is
attempting to bury cable for his home within the boundaries of my 10' PUE.

The trenching will disturb my property and cause additional maintenance.

Is the 10' PUE designated on my plat available for his utilities, or should his utilities be on his side?

    Thanks....

    Re: Public Utility Easement
the easement is for the use of the utility company to use as allowed in the granting documents.

Unless you can find something that would somehow limit their rights as you are suggesting, they have use of the complete easement as they deem necessary.
