17 Year Old Charged with Marijuana Possession and Drug Paraphaneila

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Polk county, Florida

Hi here's the story
My friend and I were smoking weed in my car turned off in a parking lot and someone had called the cops on us and we were arrested, cuffed, put in the car miranda rights read to us, and had our parents called to come and get us and we have to appear in court soon. We were both charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphaneila. My friend I already know is going to jail because this is is 3rd drug arrest as a minor, as for me I am trying to figure out what my sentence will be? I have no record what so ever with no run in with the law so a clean slate. Any ideas?

Yea I'm not that dumb I know the law and I was caught I'm just tryin to figure out my sentence my maximum term would only be a year according to Florida Criminal Code 893.13

So if you know the state law says it's a max of one year in jail, then what is the real question you are asking?
