Going Through Border Control After Dismissal of a Criminal Charge
My question involves criminal records for the state of: Florida

    Hello!
After my 'problem' (2010) I came back on Feb to US. Border Control saw on computer that I had this problem. He asked me to put my fingerprints and took my pictures twice. Then, brought me to a room and a woman saw my case is dropped. I was able to entry in US.
Now I have audition in Utah University. I would like to know if that record (even if is dropped) will appears again and if I have to go to that room and wait for then look my stuff.

I have connection in Atlanta. (I am coming from South America)
