Do not speak to police without a lawyer.

Speaking of lawyers....many Criminal Defense lawyers will offer a free consult. I suggest pulling out the Yellow Pages or looking online and making an appointment with one to discuss this case, and have a lawyer on speed dial.

^I will be doing this. Can anyone offer some insight aswell? I'm not asking for anything to calm me down, maybe more of what "could they get me on" etc, what could I face?

Without knowing what the offenses are, it's difficult to say what YOU coul dbe charged with. However, if they can determine that you were holding a firearm in a place where possession of firearms is prohibited - or, the firearm is unlawful - you could be charged with those offenses.

WHY do you have a bunch of idiot friends posing with guns???? That's simply scary! It's immature, dangerous, scary, and as you are discovering, can get you in big trouble.

Consult an attorney, don't talk any more, and get a better class of friends.

Well, i know it was trespassing, none of us knew this at the time however because there is 0 signs, and it was near a railroad. The only picture im in is me holding a gun sitting on a ledge, and well all you can see is water and me mostly. I never held the illegal weapon which was the shotgun.

And yes. It is indeeeeed stupid. they just wanted some cool photos, none of us thought about it like this.

Your definition of "cool photos" leaves much to be desired. Be much smarter in the future.

Being charged for photos is an iffy prospect. But, possible with sufficient corroboration.

In the future, consider your friends and your activities carefully and with a little more coherent brain matter.

As in questionable. A photo - by itself - is rarely sufficient to prove a criminal act.
