Enforcing Visitation After Divorce in Another State
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
The ex and i were married and divorced in Florida. We both now reside in TN. Will my divorce need to be transferred here? I have a very limited income but he is loaded.
In the last 2 years he has stopped my overnight visits w/my son (14) and refuses to allow me to see him more than 16 hours a month.
I need to know what process to take.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Re: Enforcing Visitation After Divorce in Another State
If the child and custodial parent still reside in Tennessee, that's where the litigation would occur.
