Getting a Driver's License While on DUI Probation in Another State
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California, Arizona.
Ok, so in Oct 2011 I was convicted of first offender dui in california, I have completed all my classes, community service and have one more year on my probation. My license is good and I have an SAR22. I have been thinking about moving to Arizona, I would love to move there asap but since I have a year left on my probation, I assume I would have to go through my county to get my case moved to Arizona. My question is being how Arizona is very strict on dui's, how would this affect me getting an Arizona dl? Would it be better to just wait until my probation is over to move? Any insight would be appreciated.

By "My license is good" you mean your license has been fully restored, and you have no current restrictions beyond the SR-22 insurance requirement?

Most states share databases. So, if your license is suspend in one state, most likely you won't be able to get another one in another state until the suspension is lifted.
