Will a Dismissed Criminal Charge Affect Entry on a Visa

Hi!

I had a problem in december 2010. Because 'a false report about crime' and my poor condition speaking the language to explain what happened, I was arrested (for two hours. I didn't spend a night in jail.)
In 4 days I received a letter from Tallahassee Attorney that say "No Information" and my case was dismissed.
I went to USA on April 2013 (I live in Brasil). The border control took 2 photos and asked me to put my fingers couple time. Then, he took me for one room and they looked my passport, everything and said my case is dropped. I entry to United State.

Now, I would like to know if I can come back normally. And what I have to do to clean all my records.

Please, help me. I need to do audition in university!

We have no way of knowing whether charges have been refiled or a warrant exists. Presumably if you have a visa, you can come to the US.

I sent my ID and the letter with "No Information" for arrests.org to remove my record. Was removed.
I don't think I have any warrant or refiled.. They let me entry US and my case was dismissed. I didn't have to go to court or do anything else.
Do you think I am fine?

Those sites are kind of bogus and are not affiliated with bonafide law enforcement endeavors. If you have a valid visa and entered with no problem before, I do not believe you will have a problem.

So, If I go for audition in University I will be fine?
And it's possible to clean my history?

Sorry for so many question but I just want to travel a little more relax.

Why when I arrived in Houston, TX (04/01/2013) they asked me to put my fingerprint and take picture twice? Then, brought me to one small room to check information. After that a woman looked all my documents, she asked me if I knew why I was there and I said no. Then she told me "Because appeared in your file you were arrested. But your case is dropped so you are fine. Are you going to be here just this month (april)?" I answered yes and she gave me my passport and nothing was flagged there. I got 6 months normally. I didn't stay 6 months. Just one month and a half.

I still have my valid visa. I just want to be 'sure' (I know I can't be 100% sure) that will be ok.
Do you think I will be ok?

If you are stopped, I would say it is more likely to be for your visa expiring soon. You apparently have less than 30 days left on it. They might want to see your return ticket. I am not well versed in this area.

Thanks for your answer. I am in Brazil now. Was in US during April 1st until May 24th. Since this date I am in Brazil. My visa expired in September 2014. My audition is February 15th. My ticket : departs Sao Paulo to Salt Lake City on Feb 10th, 2014 and return to Brazil on Feb 27th,2014.

Also, I have work here (Sao Paulo/Brazil) starting on March 1st.

I think will be fine, right!!!
