Someone posted on Youtube some audio content of mine that I have copyrighted. They actually posted a recording of my track as it was heard on a radio broadcast. So the recording was not ripped off of one of my albums. Should I still be able to have it removed?
yes. it is still your property regardless of how many times it may have been recopied from some other form of media. File the appropriate "take down" complaint with YouTube. Given YouTube's record, I would suspect there will be no problem with having it removed.
