Problems with My Ex's Fiance
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio
Hi. I live in Ohio and I am currently having issues with my ex's fiance. She has in the past sent emails and facebook messages telling me how I need to handle the situation of the custody of my daughter with my ex-husband, instead of my ex coming to me himself. She has even threatened for them to take me to court if I don't comply with their demands. My ex and I have shared custody with me being the residental parent. He gets her 2 days a week and every other weekend. And his fiance is constantly putting thoughts in her head, such as tell mommy you want to spend the holidays with us. Or we are going to take you to disney world. Or you can go to such and such school if you come and live with us. We have a dissolution that was final in May of 2013. It states that I get our daughter on Halloween and Christmas day. And he will have her on Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas Eve and we will alternate the other holidays. The dissolution also states that she will go to school in the school district that the mother (I) live in. My question is, is there any type of form I can file or is there anything I can do through the courts to have it ordered or mandated that my ex's fiance must stay out of the situation when it comes to things to be handled with our daughter where I believe it should be between myself and my ex-husband?

You can absolutely request that your current order be modified to include a "no third party interference" clause.
The problem is, they're sometimes hard to enforce. But at least if you have it, it's something - y'know?
