    It's not only that "I don't like it and don't think it's fair", it's a violation of the law and my rights.

    EDIT: Not sure how relevant a few 35 year old cases are, when the the very State government sights all say you can file Poor Person Relief for an Adult Name Change.

    As for Common Law? That is completely irrelevant considering the fact that one has a "right" to change their name at will, without court order, yet not a single government agency will accept it. Effectively not changing your name. Just causing confusion when you have to explain to people that your "real name" is different than what is on your ID.

    If you can read, you will see that I thoroughly documented that you have no right to a fee waiver. If you believe 2011 was 23 years ago, nobody is going to be able to help you start perceiving reality.
