why couldn't it be one person?

I'm not going to do a land records search for you but to help you figure out who owns it, who maintains it?

I would start with looking to see if the tax records of the county are online. Often times there are maps associated with such a site where you could find the property identification number which can be chased to find out who owns it.

    briarwick homeowners assn
    c/o delis property mgmt
    1125-27 main st
    dunedin fl 34698-5330

there ya go. It IS part of the homeowners association and as such, they can prevent you from trespassing on their land and fishing in the pond

I looked up the specific piece of property you indicated with the long/lat coordinates. The info I posted is for that particular piece of property.

Dunedin is part of Pinellas County.

If you want to go fishing...I'd say get a fishing license and go to Pier 60 in Clearwater; go to Honeymoon Island; Dunedin Causeway........
