Probation, Statutory Rape Dropped to Misdemeanor 2

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia
I have already plead guilty to the charges, but I had sex with a 15 year old girl. I was 19 at the time we are exactly 3 years and 9 months apart in age, my original charge was statutory rape. It is now contributing to the delinquency, unruliness or deprivation of a minor. Her and I had a relationship of 9 months and I had bought her an engagement ring. Here is where I'm confused, if she had already been sexually active with more than one man did I commit a crime? I actually loved her. The sex wasn't me either and I have evidence showing I did not want sex until she was of age. The night of the crime we had went out to the park just to be with each other and we were going to leave, I was told to wait outside the car by the victim and when I got back in the car she was completely naked, and I'm sorry her being 37 days from being 16 I just couldn't resist and she wouldn't quit tempting me. Now I'm serving 12 months probation with 120 hours of community service, her parents never once told me to leave her or them alone. I was actually eating dinner with them sometimes even saying grace. Did my rights get violated? Oh I paid a felony bond to get out of jail 5.7k$ and spent a night in jail, I know I did wrong. But now my whole family's lives are at risk because I'm the main supporter of the family. I make 600$ a month at the most 400 to rent the rest to gas and probation, I'm finding that my probation office hours and days are the same hours and days as my baby's mother, my only ride atop I'm babysitting 4 days a week and working 4 days a week. I need some solution here because they won't work with my schedule and community service isn't doing any better. The community service on the weekends won't accept my charges and the weekday ones make me pull a 60 hour shift every week. I will go broke and lose my house and family and job if I try to do community service it is a 30 mile round trip and so is my ride to work. And that makes my second question, is there anything I can do? No matter what happens I will lose my job, my freedom, or my house and family and one of those is going to happen if I can't find an alternative. I have also tried talking to my prob. Officer and he told said in these exact words "what do you want me to do, tell you that you don't have to come?". It's sad and unprofessional and I was told before I plead guilty that they would work around my schedule and they haven't at all, what can be done?

It doesn't make any difference how many men she had been sexually active with. She is not legally able to consent to sex; therefore, when you had sex with her you committed a crime. The fact that other men had also committed crimes when they had sex with her does not lessen your responsibility for what you did.

Now my rights? What about my community service, I need a serious answer here I'm on the brink of losing everything including my life.

Nah man birds and bees. It's been 9 months and 26 days since I saw her last. I was planning on starvation in jail and was 24 hours into the dehydration process in the mental rooms. They would have let me die too. I live with my actions because I've grown from this, but my heart still longs for her no matter what has happened. I dream of her often.. Find myself lost thinking about her. Not one day passes I don't think about her. I cried in jail man. In front of everyone. I still and always will love her. I don't regret anything. Sorry for wasting your life.

You were thinking with your wrong head. Do you not think situations arise where underage girls in complete or some stage of undress present themselves for use to other adults? As a responsible adult, you politely inform them you would love to play, however they are not old enough to consent and you would be thrilled to celebrate the night of their 18th birthday with them. Then you tell them to get dressed and go find someone legal to play with.
