Is it Harassment if Someboyd Asks Other People About You

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Alabama

My husbands ex wife has started calling someone at my place of business (she also knows personally) to see if I am working or if we are out of town together. They have been divorced for over 3 years (children are grown adults not living with her). She calls him at work and leaves messages and calls his cell all the time, he does not respond as there is no reason to AND now she is calling my place of business. Can I claim harassment, and how many times does she need to do this for it to be considered?

Why doesn't your husband just tell her to stop calling instead of ignoring her phone calls?

When he does answer or return, it is nothing substantial just chit chat.

Well, wife, dad need to put his big boy underoos on and tell his ex to stop with all the phone calls.

He has several times, but again now she is calling somebody I work with that she knows to see if I am there. Nothing I do is ANY of her business!

Seriously, this is very childish. Pay an attorney to have them write a cease and desist letter. Hopefully that works.
