Unemployment Benefits After Returning from Maternity Leave

My wife has been at here company since Oct of last year. This past April she took her maternity leave and just went back to work this past week. If they terminate her job will she qualify for unemployment if she got the full 12weeks of disability pay?

It would be dependent on what the termination reason was.

If they terminate her for a nondisqualifying reason, then she'll be able to get unemployment benefits.
