How Do I Reverse Paternity if Bio Dad is Not My Husband
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Iowa
long story short, I had an affair and became pregnant. husband knows the baby is not his, she is 1 now. Bio Dad at first wanted to be in her life then changed his mind due to his relationship with his significant other and has 4 kids with her. We had DNA testing that bio Dad paid for thru his lawyer and he was proven to be bio Dad. I was told that since I am married that my husband would automatically be her legal father. I believe Bio Dad should have some responsibility. what should I do?

You're aware that if you disestablish your husband's legal paternity that he'll have no rights to the child, yes?
Re: How Do I Reverse Paternity if Bio Dad is Not My Husband
Yes. I guess I am just being bitter but I still believe the bio dad should be held responsible.

Is it against any policy to ask more than once?

If you have additional questions/information, you should add them to your original post. If you are just asking the same question expecting a different answer, you are wasting everyone's time.

Do you have a deficency that would require you to ask the exact same question a second time?
Re: How Do I Reverse Paternity if Bio Dad is Not My Husband
Why do you think the answer is going to be any different?
Look, we get that you want him to have to pay support but not have any part in your child's life and your husband still the legal father. That's not going to happen no matter how many times you ask.
Re: How Do I Reverse Paternity if Bio Dad is Not My Husband
Exactly. The child is going to end up with ONE, exactly ONE, not one and a half, one and a little more, one and an occasional...but ONE legal father.
Whichever ONE that ends up being, that ONE will have the rights AND responsibilities of a parent. The other will have nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada. Buptkiss. Squat.
There will not be ONE paying for the OTHER to play dad. If the man you had the affair was good enough for you to cheat on your husband with, and his money is good enough to spend, the court will expect that he's also good enough to be an active part of his child's life. THAT is the brutal reality you are facing.

nope sure don't have a deficiency, you all are so kind (sarcastic) and no I don't expect bio dad to pay and have no rights but he don't want either
