Can I Legally Evict My Tenant in Order to Occupy the Unit for Myself
My question involves an eviction in the state of: PA

I am the owner of a duplex. Both units are being rented. Unfortunately an emergency has come for me in which I need to move from where I am currently living. The tenants in one of the units lease will automatically renew in the middle of August. Are there any exceptions in which I can legally evict my tenants of course with a fair notice due to my current circumstances? If so, what steps are required of me to take.

Does your lease with these tenants have a requirement where either party (you or the tenants) must provide a certain amount of notice prior to the renewal date to prevent the lease from rolling over to either another month or year tenancy?
