Will I Be Convicted of Trespass

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Illinois. I don't know if my witness will come to court or write a letter to the court to prove my innocence. My public defender said if my witness didn't get involved its just my word against the officer's. That might not be good. I was living with a friend for 30-60 days but I have no mail proof of that just the possibility the apartment building recordings still have that footage if I can get them. On my accused and arrested day the officer was cool at first. He told me to go to my friend house and get someone's cash from her because the guy who's cash it was wasn't allowed back in the building. So I went and tried to get the cash, the lady didn't give it to me. The officer even noted in his false complaint against me that he saw me go in the building. So anyway, I walked up to this so called cool officer arresting the guy that wasn't allowed in the building. I said why are you arresting him, the officer said because he's violating his order of protection, did you get the cash? I told the officer no. He said stop playing I know you got it. I said naw she didn't want to give it to me. Then this so called cool officer got nasty and screamed at me if you don' t show me the money I will go and see if she has it if she doesn't have it and you got it I'm arresting you! I said I don't have to lie to you, I don't have it, its none of your business anyway, don't talk to me like that. He said so you want to be a Dr martin Luther king, turn around and place your hands behind your back because your under arrest. I said for what. He said I'm going to put a fake charge on you, criminal trespass to the building I just sent you to. To add we were in the casino so I don't know if its possible that he can charge me with the criminal trespass if I was no longer on the property nor does he have prior evidence that the property manager gave me a written warning nor is my name on a ban list. Also how could he charge me if he told and saw me go in but didn't stop me in that moment. I said false arrest. He said I'm also charging you with disorderly conduct for saying false arrest. Then people walked passed and he said did you just here her cussing, they said no. He said she just cussed just give me y'all info anyway. I said I never cussed. He had got false witnesses anyway while my witness was there. I just don't know if my witness will show up in court to prove my innocence on the criminal trespass charge and if not then what will happen?

Better make sure your witness appears. The court isn't going to consider a letter. (Letters can't be cross examined.)
