Finding Out Who Has Custody of My Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
When my son was born they found Marijuana in his system CPS told her she cant take my son home so they gave custody to my moms. Cps told my son mother she had to go to some class all that was done. I was a over the road truck driver I didn’t know but what I trying to get to CPS never did a follow up or told us everything was ok maybe my mom still got custody 8 years later how can I find out.

Are you saying you don't know where your child is 8 years later????

How about asking your mother if she still has custody?

my son has been with me from day one and he was visiting his mother now his mother dont want to bring him back. i try to get my son home now not 2 week later no one has custody that why i ask maybe my moms got custody so i can go get my son children do have the right to be with both partents but if you got a pic of shit mother like my son than no

You just told us that you were an "over the road truck driver" and thus lost track of your child when CPS became involved, and you told us that happened eight years ago. Now you appear to be complaining that the child is with his mother, and she doesn't want to return him to you - but if your mother has custody and your ex- has visitation, your ex- would be returning the child to your mother.
