    How Does Graduation Affect the Chances for Emacipation
    My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Washington
    my friend is 16 and a half but has graduated (not a GED or dropout )and wishes to get emancipated does the fact that he is graduated help his case or does it have no effect he does support himself financially but cant get an apartment without being emancipated but isn't living with his parents anymore and they would allow him to.

    You have not provided enough info to consider he might even remotely be successful becoming emancipated. Give your "friend" this link. It is a low income free legal service in WA.
