Will My DUI Show Up when I Go to Court for a MIP Infraction

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
OKay so I got a DUI when i was 18 in LA and am on informal probation untill im 21. Im now 20 and live in orange county and got a MIP infraction a year ago and when i went to court my DUI and informal probabtion didnt show up and when the judge was talking to me he was like well your driving record is clean and all i had to do was pay a $50 court fee and $40 for a one day Drug & alcohol class. I recently got another MIP infraction. So my question is when i go to court again will my DUI not show up again!!????
i dont care if i have to pay more money and take classes this time but im worried about my license being taken away.
side note: i know someone who got his third MIP dropped to an infraction
