Charged With Embezzlement for Stealing Items That Were Supposed to Go to Charity
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oklahoma

I worked for a Home Health place for 11 Months I was one of the IT Technicians. For about 5 months all bad computers/phones they had me take to Goodwill to dispose of them. Never made a list just kept takign the bad items and we never got receipts and they didn't previously. About Nov last year they gave me a bunch of Cell Phones that was bad I would normally take to Goodwill and they said go ahead and fix them and do with them as you want so I fixed and sold on Ebay. Then after that some of the computers I took to Goodwill they was discarding I kept and sold on Ebay but I didn't ask permission.. I stopped selling in Jan so did for about 3 months. When I left in May I tunred my company phone back in and they saw my ebay app with the items I sold on Ebay and now are saying those items weren't defective and I now have 5 counts of Embezzelment that will be charged this week. I made about 2K on the stuff I sold but they are claiming the items were good and there value is about 8K. They admit they gave me the cell phones to sell but they are saying the computers were good. I actually took about 100 computers to Goodwill the whole 11 months and only kept and sold about 5 PC's and sold some hard drive that was bad that I got replaced under warranty.. So the question is what is the chance of getting probation even if they go off the 8K value and how long will I get to pay restitution? It is hard for me to prove those computers were bad but I was entrusted the entired time I was there to make the call on bad computers and take them to Goodwill....
Plus once charges are official and I will retain a lawyer to fight the case for me will I have to get a BAil Bondsman and turn myself in or will I be able to stay out on my own regocinious and wait for Lawyer to try and work a plea deal?

I am 51 years old and have no legal issues ever...

Get a lawyer first. He can grease the appearance hopefully without the need for secured bail.
