What Does a Pick Up Order Allow
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: FLORIDA

if a pick up order was made in April saying the mother can take the child to Washington and she does. But then brings the child back to Florida to the father in July and then tries to leave and take the child to Idaho is that ok for her to do?? There is no custody arrangements yet. The mother got a false restraining order against the father in order to get the pick up order granted. Once it was she got the kid and then dropped the restraining order. Does dad have a leg to stand on? How can he make it to where she can not leave with the child. Divorce papers are in the court but nothing has been signed by a judge yet, other than the pickup order. Also the pickup order never had a hearing. It was temporary until the hearing and said she could take the child to Washington, does that mean she can't take him elsewhere?? And since no hearing in it for 3 months is it still good anyways? And does it matter that she brought the kid back to his father in fla??

The orders say what they say - and unfortunately we can't see any of them. If you don't understand the orders from your case, have them reviewed by a lawyer.
