If you were more than three years older than she was then the SOL would have been three years. However, if a complaint were made that alleged certain specified sex acts or force, then the SOL might not yet have tolled.
Chances are that nothing has come of this. But, no one can say for certain without knowing whether the girl or someone else told the police about it and WHAT they told the police.

If she alleged force, penetration by a "foreign object" (or digit), forced sodomy, etc., then the charges could be such that the SOL would be extended.
Simply having relations with a minor is a felony if you were three years or older, and a misdemeanor if you were less than three years older. In either case the SOL would have passed on that. But, again, if she or someone else DID go to the police, then the devil would be in the details.
