    Retrieving Personal Property
My question involves personal property located in the State of: Georgia

After losing my house a friend offered for me to store some of my belongings in her basement, at the time I had no alternative and took her offer, there was never any expectations of money nor time ever mention, at this point, only to get back on my feet and she was glad to be able to help.I have been several times and pick up some of my belongings with no problems,I contacted her today to see if I can get more belongings, I was told only a minimal amout until I give her $300 dollars for storage, this was never agreed upon at any time nor brought up at any other time I went to get portions of my property in the past, what should be my next step in retrieving my belongings ????

Georgia magistrate courts (small claims) apparently allow suits for the return of property.
