Penalty for Breaking a Peace Order
My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Virginia
Gay Relationship, were both males 3 1/2 relationship

Last year in Sept I had a peace order placed against me from my ex. Honestly within a week I broke the peace order and contact him, I constantly harassed him but he did not take me to court or report me just kept saying leave me alone. Eventually we seen each other and had sex, we started talking again and seeing each other, numerous nights over his house, more sex, everything was good and recently like 3/4 months ago we stopped talking and like the last past month I have been harassing him again and I did something that pissed him off so now I am being taken to court Wednesday.

    "Petition for Protective Order-Family Abuse"
"Petitioner, requests [X] a preliminary protective order"
"Order respondent to stay away from petitioner's residence and job. Respondent shall not defame petition's character via social network"
"The Court Orders That [x] the petition for a protective is dismissed"
"[x] The request from a preliminary protective order is denied, and a full hearing on the petition for a protective order will be held on XXXXXX"
Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court

Can someone explain to me what is going on ? Am I being taken back to court for breaking the peace order? I was told i'd be fine'd $1,500 and be taken back to court for criminal charges, or is he just trying to get a restraining order harassing him ? I really hope i'm not being fine cause Im broke and have no job! But wouldn't the peace order be voided because we were having sex and seeing each other all the time? Now that he has a new boyfriend and I pissed him off he wants to take me to court, anyone have any help for me or advice ?

    Re: Broke a Peace Order
It looks like he has filed for a new order and the preliminary order request was denied prior to the hearing and the decision as to whether or not an order is granted will be made on XXXXXX whatever that date is.
