My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
In the 90's I used my sisters birth certificate to secure a new drivers license. I did not let DMV know I previously had a license because I was being stalled. I quickly changed the license that was in my sisters name into my real name. I notified IRS also. It's 22 years later and I am being re-examined by DMV. I had handicap placard under both names. I never ran both identities and the same time. My old DL I stopped using in the 90's. I went for the DMV physical as they requested, now they want me to COME INTO THE DMV to take a written test and ask questions. If I tell the trust, will I be arrested. If I let my license be suspended will I still be arrested. Help...

Bo. I have been made to take a medical exam and then DMV wants me to come in to yake a written test and to see a Hearing Officer for a reexamination, in person.
