Hello. I had a labor certificate paper and immigration form I140 through my employer since 2007. I do not did adjust of status because I have to leave the country and will barrier for 10 years. If there is an immigration reform shortly, do I have to start a Process again or could be my case be faster?

    Re: Immigration Reform
Nothing in the current immigration discussion has mentioned allowing those banned to have any chance to come here earlier.

There's nothing in the proposed legislation that will apply to your situation, nor would I expect such a provision to ever be made a part of an immigration reform bill. Even if you're a permanent resident, you are limited in how much time you can spend outside of the U.S. without being deemed to have abandoned that status.
