Sex Talk With a Minor

Hello everyone so like my topic tittle says i went to prom with a girl she was a freshman and i was a senior we went to prom flirted alot and what not so 2years later she still is a minior and i am 19 she is like 16 and just the other day we were palying 21 questions she asked if masterbaute alot and i Asked have you ever walked around your house nude?!!! and i asked whats her favorite sex position and that was about it, so my question is can i go to jail for this? i know the goverment is looking into phone calls and texts now these days so......................

Well, regardless of the age of consent, there's still the issue of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, etc., etc.

My advice?

Stop texting minors. Period. Enda story.

So can the government come after me or what??? like if she had no issue with it can they will arrest me or no? i am not going to do it again just a bit worried..

What if she is my girlfriend tho? i mean we been talking for so long we havent had sex or shared nude pics.

Okay, could this be a crime? maybe. I'm not going to look up whether or not explicit sexual conversations with a minor is unlawful in your state. But, I guarantee you the NSA, the FBI, and the CIA are not going to come looking for you even on the remote chance that your illicit texts got flagged in their systems ... of course, only the FBI might have jurisdiction to act, and they don't pursue such trivial matters.

So, to avoid REAL problems (such as a parent intercepting these texts and an angry father looking to beat your sorry butt), STOP the explicit sexual conversation with children!!!
