    Shoplifting at Sears In Florida
Ok, so first off I'm 15. Me and my friend were in a Sears, and I kiddingly said, wow how easy would it be to steal from here. Before I knew it, there were two rings in one of my shopping bags, and we continued around the store. After about 45 minutes of endless trying on clothes and shoes, we decided to leave. As I exited the store, this guy comes up to me and says "You need to come with me about the jewelry in your bag". So I stare at him blankly turn around and start walking with him. He told my friend to go home, and had me go into this back room. Once I was in the back room he had my empty all of my bags and the rings fell out. The toal cost of the whole thing was like 8$. So they start filling out the paperwork, I ask if I can call my dad cause I'm 15, and he said no, I'm not allowed to make any phone calls because I could be calling people to come down and beat him up. After answering all of their quesitons, the police officer came, and he asked me more questions. THen he called my dad, but got his voicemail left a message and said lets go. The whole time the "security officers" at sears were joking with each other, and drawing on this one girl employee, and just being really funny.
So the police officer, then goes and says dont struggle stick your hands out, and cuffed me. We walked out through the back to the cop car, the cop was talking and joking, just like the "security officers" and then i got into the cop car. Drove to the police station without the seatbelt, and listened to the radio as the cop told me, about how if i was his daughter stories.
At the police station I was finger printed, had my picture taken, and told to wait for my dad to come get me.
The cops told my dad sears would mail them something, and that I was banned from that sears at Coral Springs Mall for three months. My only concern is what to expect next? Cause I'm a junior in highschool and trying to apply to college, adn wondering if i completely screwed myself.

I dont see how a shoplift conviction will cost you entry into College but who knows. There are consquences for all our actions some positive some not. This will be a nagative one. Your 15 this i snot going to alter you rlife or lfe's plans! It will br worse on your parents who will be reposnibe for fines and Civil Demand. Your part will be minor probation community service probably. Take this as a lesson learn and never do it again
