Getting Emancipated from a Legal Guardian
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Arizona.
Hello, so when I was younger, both my parents passed away. Thus, my younger sister and I were thrown into my uncle's home. Since then they've had guardianship, I am currently 17 years old. However, I really feel emancipation is in my best interest. Since the day I turned 16 I've been employed, saving money. In addition before my parents passed, they left an unknown amount of money for each me and my sister. Even without this I know I can live on my own. What are my chances?

If you seriously expect to be considered an adult, you really need to act like an adult. This was easily obtained through a web search for:

You don't know me. I act like an adult. I pay for my phone, insurance, gas, etc. I meet all the requirements.

are you not asking if a court should remove you from being legally dependent on another?

then be an adult and show you are capable of performing a simple internet search for the information you seek rather than depending on somebody else to do it for you.

    get the point?

I've read through the packet, printed some papers, lots of research, thus I know I meet all of the requirements. I just want some unbiased advice, before I file. Since my guardians will be against this and file opposition, I probably have low chances.
