FBI Contacting Potential Employers and Telling Them Not to Hire Me
My question involves civil rights in the State of: California
Several years ago my ex-wife made false allegations about me to the FBI. On the advice of a criminal attorney, I bought a wireless "bug" detector to determine if I was being spied on. I found spy devices throughout my home, vehicle, and work. The criminal attorney was unable to help me more as the FBI never charged me with anything or told me what I had been accussed of. After being laid off from my employer of 8 1/2 years, where I worked in the legal department at a large insurance company, the FBI has not allowed me to find new employment. The FBI has been contacting potential employers and telling them not to hire me. For instance, offers of employment have immediately been withdrawn and employers that were very interested in my resume suddenly didnt want to talk to me anymore. An email from one potential empolyer regarding a drug test disappeared, and an email from another potentail employer, regarding interest in me, appeared over a week late and after another candidate had been found. My cell phone has also been messed with, voicemails from potential employers taking days to show up, and my cell phone has stopped working when I am trying to contact an employer for an employment opportunity. I will starve to death if this doesnt stop. This is also happening to my girlfriend that lives with me.
What can we do to stop the FBI from doing this and starving us to death?
Re: FBI Contacting Potential Employers and Telling Them Not to Hire Me
What EVIDENCE do you have that the FBI is doing any such thing?
Re: FBI Contacting Potential Employers and Telling Them Not to Hire Me
It sounds like you have more going on than a few rogue gov't agents. Try putting tin foil on your roof to block cell phone interception signals.
Re: FBI Contacting Potential Employers and Telling Them Not to Hire Me
The FBI is too busy to chase you around because you and your ex had a spat.
As far as your phone, get a new one through a different carrier
Re: FBI Contacting Potential Employers and Telling Them Not to Hire Me
Unfortunately, there are ignorant people that do not know what the FBI does to people it cannot prove are guilty of any crimes. Considering, on the advice of a criminal attorney, I bought a wireless bug detector and found spy devices throughout my home, work and vehicle, and have removed these devices, I know what I am talking about. I found more wireless device using a wireless camera to pick up there camera locations. My computer has 13 wireless internet access devices, that is not normal. I have also taken out remoste access progams in my computer that I certainly did not put there. Both my girlfriend and I have bought several cellular phones, the batteries mysteriously die when we are waiting for an employer to contact us. We also did not like the people crawling around in our apartment attic and leaving little holes throughout the roof in our apartment.
My ex-wife was a mexican immigrant that I later discovered was using other peoples social security numbers to allow illegal aliens to live in the United States. Not to mention I discovered she was also married to another American when she married me. I wish it was just a "spat" with my ex-wife as some people like to think. It is not. This is very very brief summary of what the FBI has been doing. Please do not believe the FBI publicity campaign that they are the good guys. They are ruining mine and other innocent peoples lives.

Okay, I'll try again.
Before you can take any legal action against the FBI, or any other entity, you need evidence of wrongdoing. Where is your evidence that the FBI placed these devices and not some other entity? When they deny doing anything of the sort, what do you have that will show that they, and only they, could have done so?
Re: FBI Contacting Potential Employers and Telling Them Not to Hire Me
I note that today, after I received a call for an interview, and my girlfriend went to an interview, both my cell phone batteries promptly died. I bought another cell phone today.
There are several reasons I know it is the FBI.
1. I have lived in two different states and I have found these spy devices in my home, vehicle, and employment in both states. This indicates it is a federal agency. 2. I spoke with an experienced criminal attorney and explained the type of devices I was locating. He stated that based on the sophistication of the devices it was not a local police agency. He was familiar with the FBI using these types of spy devices. 3. I sued the ex-wife to try to find out what I was accused of. I then researched the crimes for which I discovered she was involved in or trying to accuse me of. All the crimes fell under the jurisdiction of the FBI. 4. An internet research of the FBI shows that the FBI loves to engage in harrassment and ruinging of peoples lives. The FBI has been sued, and settled out of court, before for contacting employers and not allowing someone to work.
I worked for years in an employment where everyone knows each other, co-worker friends become managers of another company. Many of the companies I am applying for, and interviewing at, have 10 or more former co-worker friends working there. I have been interviewed at over 12 of these companies, several with friends recommendations, and yet after the interviews I never hear from those companies again. Even friends that are at the companies I interviewed at are blocked when they try to find out why I was not hired. It would not be hard to prove that the FBI is "flashing their badges", simple depostions of these companies will prove the FBI's involvement.
Re: FBI Contacting Potential Employers and Telling Them Not to Hire Me
None of that is evidence.
Re: FBI Contacting Potential Employers and Telling Them Not to Hire Me
Your cell phone batteries are likely dying because there is a poor signal in your home and they keep searching for a network to connect.

Yeah? How did that turn out?

Uh huh. So hire an attorney, file....some sort of....a lawsuit, and depose them. Good luck with that.
Or, speak with your physician for a referral to be evaluated for paranoid schitzophrenia.
One of those may be beneficial to you.
